Gracefully Yours Collection Policies

Thank you for choosing Gracefully Yours Collection. We are a small boutique that carries limited quantities of each style, which is why we have established the following policies regarding returns, exchanges, shipping, and preorders.

Returns & Store Credit

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for store credit.

To qualify for a return:

• Your return request must be submitted within 7 days of your delivery date.
• Returned merchandise must be received in new condition.
• Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
• Original tags must still be attached.
• Merchandise must be free from makeup, perfume, smoke, stains, pet hair, or other signs of use.

Items received that do not meet these standards may be declined and returned to the customer.

Store credit will be issued electronically and can be applied toward any future purchase.

Items Not Eligible For Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance merchandise
• Sale items discounted 30% or more
• Final Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Bodysuits, intimate apparel, or similar items
• Any item specifically marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

We are happy to offer size exchanges whenever inventory allows.

Exchange inventory is not reserved when a request is submitted. Requests are processed only after the original item has been received and inspected.

If your requested size or style is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Order Changes

Please carefully review your order before checkout.

Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted. This includes cancellations, address changes, item substitutions, or order modifications.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, package protection fees, and similar service-related costs are non-refundable.

These fees cover services already provided and are separate from the merchandise itself.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not qualify for review.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on product availability.

Delivery & Lost Package Information

After an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

• Checking around your property and delivery areas
• Contacting neighbors or household members
• Waiting 2–3 business days, as carriers occasionally scan packages before final delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

Gracefully Yours Collection is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer.

If a package remains missing, customers may be required to submit a claim directly through the carrier.

Preorder Merchandise

From time to time, we offer preorder opportunities for highly requested styles.

Preorder arrival dates are estimates only and are provided by our vendors. Delays related to manufacturing, transportation, customs, or carrier services may occur and are outside of our control.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that:

• Estimated dates are subject to change.
• Preorder purchases cannot be canceled after checkout.
• Additional processing time may be needed once inventory arrives.

Once a preorder item has been delivered, it may be returned according to our standard return guidelines if eligible.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for the individual customer.

For this reason, custom items are considered final sale.

Please verify all customization details before placing your order, as changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Policy Updates

Gracefully Yours Collection reserves the right to revise or update these policies at any time without prior notice.

By completing a purchase through our website, customers acknowledge and agree to the policies in effect at the time of purchase.
