Returns & Store Credit

Thank you for shopping with Gracefully Yours Collection.

We hope you love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for store credit under the guidelines below. 

Return Window

Returns must be requested and mailed back within 7 days of the delivery date.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase.

Eligible Returns

To be accepted, returned items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed
• Have original tags attached
• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or other signs of wear
• Arrive back in the same condition they were received

Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

• Sale items
• Promotional or discounted purchases
• Jewelry and accessories
• Gift cards
• Holiday collections
• Items marked Final Sale

 

Gracefully Yours Collection does not offer refunds to the original form of payment.


All approved returns are eligible for store credit only.


Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.

Pre-Orders

Any estimated shipping timeframe provided for pre-order merchandise is subject to change.

Once delivered, pre-order items are eligible for store credit according to the same return guidelines unless otherwise stated.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
